The idea is to use this space for members to post their own articles or direct other people to other resources. Very much in the early planning stages as yet.
Events have overtaken Des. He has been requested to repeat the walk. Even by some people who were on it you couldn't take it in because of the weather. However the comments about how it highlighted new things to be learned about the building of the website remain true. So he's just put inverted commas around them and left them in place.
It does provide an opportunity to include links to www references from the walk. Hopefully this will make it easier for people to find them!

'Des promised he would load his notes on the Garston walk. We now have the storage. The reader of such notes doesn't have the advantage of seeing what is being talked about. That would require pictures. That would require an operable camera, which is now available. The standard of English also needs improving. All this requires time and clement weather! He is taking the time to experiment with the best ways to post content, particularly pictures, onto the site.'
